The performance index of XGW□-12 outdoor box-type stationary switchgear reaches the requirements of GB/T17467 “High-voltage/low-voltage preassembled substation” and IEC466: “AC insulated enclosed switchgear and controlgear with a rated voltage of more than 1kV and less than 38kV”.
Functional features
1. Adopting prefabricated electrically charged touchable silicone rubber cable head, fully sealed, fully insulated, maintenance-free, and reliably guaranteeing personal safety;
2. Compact structure, small and beautiful appearance, stainless steel double-layer box, the service life can be more than twenty years;
3. Without affecting the operation of the main network, it can realize regional power outage maintenance and reduce the scope of power outage;
4. The box material all adopts the surface spraying of aluminum zinc steel plate or stainless steel plate, the thickness is not less than 2mm, has a strong corrosion resistance, in addition to the main cabinet frame, other box parts are sheet metal components, light weight, beautiful and generous;
5. No fasteners on the surface of the box can be disassembled, good anti-theft, the box has IP3X protection level, good rain performance;
6. The top cover is air sandwich double-layer structure, and is equipped with vents; air inlet is located at the surface plate of the box, and there is a removable dust filter; air outlet is located at the top of the box, and is hidden under the eaves; the formation of air convection from the bottom up, so that the box has a good thermal insulation and ventilation effect.
