XGN-12 fully-insulated and fully-enclosed gas-insulated ring network cabinet is widely used in 10kV/6kV power distribution system, and is the switchgear product of choice for all kinds of urban and rural users' power distribution system. Product characteristics
1、Structural composition

The switchgear shell is assembled by spraying aluminum-zinc-decorated plate or common steel plate. It mainly consists of busbar room, main switch, cable room, operating mechanism, interlocking mechanism and low voltage control room.

2、Bus room

Busbar room is located in the upper part of the switchgear. In the system, the main busbar runs through the busbar room and completes the connection in the busbar room. The main busbar is horizontally arranged and can be easily expanded.

3、Main switch room

a) Load switch room: The switch room is equipped with three-position load switches, whose shells are made of epoxy resin, insulated and arc-extinguished with SF6 gas, and have the following functions: “close”; “split”; “ground”; three-position load switches; and three-position load switches with the following functions: “close”; “split”; “ground”; and “ground”. ”; three-station arc extinguishing chamber, reliable interlocking, high insulation strength of the fracture, large creepage distance design. 4、Cable Room

The cable room is mainly used for cable connection, single-core or three-core cables can be connected by the simplest unshielded cable head. At the same time, the cable room has enough space to accommodate current transformers, surge arresters, lower grounding switches and other components. In accordance with the standard design, the cabinet door is also designed with an observation window and a safety interlocking device. The bottom plate of the cable room and the front door frame can be removed for easy cable installation. The bottom plate of cable room is equipped with rubber sealing cover and cable fixing clip.

5、Operating mechanism, interlocking mechanism and low voltage control room

The interlocked low voltage room also serves as a control panel. The low voltage room is equipped with spring operating mechanism with position indicator and mechanical interlocking device, auxiliary contact, trip coil, emergency trip mechanism, capacitive charged display, key lock and electric operating device can also be installed, and at the same time, the space of the low voltage room can also be equipped with control circuits, metering instrumentation and protection relays, 750mm wide cabinet has two identical low voltage rooms, which can be equipped with more accessories.

The whole XGN switchgear cabinet can be divided into upper and lower units. The upper unit of the cabinet includes busbar room, load switch, operating mechanism and low voltage room, which can be assembled with the cable room of the lower unit to form a whole cabinet, or can be separated. The equipment installed in the upper unit can be safely and conveniently overhauled and remodeled, and the entire upper unit can be replaced.
