Product Features

  • This type of switchgear cabinet is welded with angle steel, also can be bolted with section steel, external steel plate structure; cabinet has busbar room, circuit breaker room, relay room and cable room four independent compartments, each room is separated by a metal sealing plate; cover and door are steel plate bending, in normal operation and maintenance, according to the normal operating procedures do not need to use tools can be opened to open the door, but can not open the cover.
  • The circuit breaker is fixedly installed in the circuit breaker compartment with a pressure relief channel, and the operating mechanism is installed in the front left position outside the cabinet, and the two are connected with a horizontal shaft, tie rods and so on.
  • Upper and lower disconnecting switches are GN30-10(D) rotary disconnecting switches with double breaks (GN22-10 non-rotary type is used for the lower disconnecting of the switchgear with the rated current of 3150A or above).
  • The interlocking mode between circuit breakers, upper and lower disconnecting switches, front and rear doors adopts JSXGN-type box-type cabinet special mechanical locking mechanism and mechanical program locking, which meets the requirements of "five-proof" of the switchgear cabinet.
  • Switchgear for double-sided maintenance, not installed against the wall, in the circuit breaker room and cable room are installed with lighting; front door of the lower part of the cabinet width direction parallel to the grounding copper row, in order to use each cabinet safe and reliable grounding.

Normal conditions of use

The ambient air temperature is not higher than +40°C and not lower than -25°C. The average temperature over a 24-h period does not exceed +35°C; and

The average daily relative humidity of the surrounding environment does not exceed 95% and the average monthly relative humidity does not exceed 90%.

Average daily water vapor pressure not to exceed 2.2 kP and average monthly water vapor pressure not to exceed 1.8 KP.

The switchgear should be installed in the indoor place without fire, explosion danger, serious filth, chemical corrosion gas and violent vibration. Severe conditions of severe degree of design to meet the degree of light requirements.

In hot and humid areas with large temperature fluctuations, there is a possibility of condensation in the switchgear cabinet, condensation controllers and heaters can be configured according to the needs of the cabinet environment is under automatic control to prevent the occurrence of moisture and condensation of the equipment.

Mounting

  • Installation of inter-base reference to the lower perimeter, the base over the bad copper protrudes in 1-3mm, the unevenness of the range per meter does not exceed 1.5mm, the full length of the range does not exceed 5mm.
  • Place the switching phases on the foundation in order, adjust the installation position, and then use M12 bolts or spot welding to fix them, and tighten the cabinet with MB screws between the cabinets.
  • Remove the rear cover plate to install the main busbar and primary power supply, the contact surface of the terminals should be cleaned and coated with neutral petroleum jelly, seal the cable holes after installation.
  • Connect the ground bus between cabinets, so that the direction of the arrangement of the switchgear cabinet into one, check whether the work grounding and protective grounding into the mix, grounding circuit is connected, the work grounding resistance should not be greater than 1000Ω, protective grounding resistance should not be greater than 40Ω.
  • Installation of secondary power supply, the cable is introduced from the bottom of the front of the cabinet, along the side wall into the low-voltage room, tap on the terminal block; or from the top of the cabinet on the secondary bus bar introduced into the low-voltage room, installed after blocking the cable hole.
  • Clean the cabinet of dust and debris.
