MIIT Leading Talents from Beijing Institute of Technology visit Ruier Electric: Exploring new paths for enterprise development

5 Month 24 Day, leading talents from MIIT, Beijing Institute of Technology ( 11  class) teachers and students visited Henan Ruier Electric Co., Ltd. for an in-depth exchange and learning activity. Zhou Zhiqiang and Zhao Yang, Vice General Managers of Ruier Electric, and the company's management team extended a warm welcome. Both sides conducted in-depth discussions on topics such as smart manufacturing, enterprise internationalization, and trends in the power industry.

At the smart industrial park currently under construction by Ruier Electric, Teacher Li and the students learned in detail about the park's functional planning, production capacity layout, and future development blueprint. The modern park design and intelligent production workshop planning allowed everyone to personally experience Ruier Electric's strong momentum in industrial upgrading.

Entering the Enterprise Exhibition Hall, Decoding Development Genes 

In the Ruier Electric exhibition hall, everyone gained an in-depth understanding of the company's development history, corporate culture, management philosophy, core products, and technological innovation achievements. From traditional power equipment manufacturing to intelligent transformation, Ruier Electric has always driven development through technological innovation, demonstrating the vibrant vitality of a private enterprise.

Entering the Production Line, Witnessing the Transformation of Smart Manufacturing 

In the production workshop, General Manager Zhao provided a detailed introduction to the Beijing Institute of Technology teachers and students about Ruier Electric's workshop functional layout, production processes, and automation and intelligent production line transformation. The Quality Control Department manager focused on explaining the core laboratory and product technical features, allowing everyone to personally experience Ruier Electric's high standards in lean manufacturing and quality control.

At the symposium, Zhu Guitao, Chairman of Ruier Electric, extended a warm welcome to everyone. He emphasized: "In-depth exchanges between enterprises are an important window for insight into trends. The visit and exchange of the leading talent team will provide new ideas for optimizing Ruier Electric's existing business and exploring international strategies."
