In this promising early spring, Ruier Electric ushered in the annual opening of the year to expand the heart of the reunion, February 13 to 15, Ruier Electric General Manager Zhu Guitao led the management and marketing department to Xinyang Jigongshan to carry out a three-day opening of the reunion, cohesion of the team's strength and inspire unlimited potential!
Breaking the ice and setting sail, team casting
Early in the morning of February 13, Ruier Electric's employees have been dressed in uniform camouflage uniforms, gathered in front of the company. Along the way, laughter. After arriving at the base, we quickly divided into rooms, set up a team, choose the captain, think of the team name, make up the team call, draw the team flag, each team is busy and happy.

In the afternoon, the experiential sand table course “Desert Gold Digging Experience” started. In the simulated desert adventure, members had to plan routes, manage resources and cope with various emergencies, and they sat around and discussed strategies enthusiastically.
In the evening's “Dancing for Life” activity, everyone danced to the music, the pressure and fatigue of work were waved away with sweat, and everyone blossomed into their truest selves.
Challenge yourself and work together
On 14th February, the whistle of morning exercise sounded on time, and the simple exercise awakened everyone's vitality.The development projects were more exciting than one another, "Air Bomb" focused on the whole process of pre-sales, sales and after-sales service, "Thunderstorm" project emphasised the safety awareness of "the same mistake can only be made once", "Pyramid Management" made the team members understand the vertical and horizontal communication, and the team members understood the vertical and horizontal communication.The "Pyramid Management" project emphasised the importance of vertical and horizontal communication, while the "Sand Field" simulated workplace scenarios, with team members dividing up the workload.The "Commander" worked on the strategy and the "Soldiers" strictly carried out the instructions, and the process was full of surprises and situations.In the process of adjustment and co-operation, the teamwork ability of all the team members was continuously improved.

Relax and look to the future
On 15 February, after breakfast, we set off to visit Jigong Mountain. We enjoyed the beautiful scenery along the winding mountain road while taking pictures and leaving beautiful moments.
After the end of the group building, General Manager Zhu Guitao combined three days of group building training, in-depth analysis, reminding everyone that the order must be clear and precise, to avoid work deviation.Trial and error is the ladder of growth, establish a fault-tolerant mechanism, encourage everyone to dare to think and do, bold and innovative.All staff should take this review as an opportunity to improve and enhance, uphold the spirit of hard work, find problems in management and daily business, and work together to promote the company to new heights.
